The Sri Lankan women's beach volleyball team won the championship of the Central Asian women's beach volleyball tournament.
Chaturika and Deepika represented Sri Lanka in that tournnement won the Central Asian women's beach volleyball championship by defeating the Nepalese team, who had qualified for the finals, by 21/11, 21/11.
