Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has decided to retire from Test cricket.
Hasaranga has mentioned that in a letter to Sri Lanka Cricket, this decision was taken with the aim of giving maximum contribution to the national team by focusing on limited overs cricket.
It is reported that Hasaranga, who has decided to bid farewell to the red ball and spend his future cricket career with the white ball, mentions that he made this decision thinking of making his cricket career successful as a limited overs specialist and hopes to serve the country to the best of his ability.
