The International Cricket Council has updated its latest ODI and T20 player rankings.

According to that, spinner Mahish Thiekshana was able to reach the top 10 among ODI bowlers.In other words, Teekshana, who has advanced 6 steps by claiming 650 ranking points, was ranked 6th among ODI bowlers.
However, Vanindu Hasaranga has slipped 2 places to 20th, Dilshan Madhusanka to 49th and Dunith Vellala to 57th.However, it is special that Geoffrey Vandersay has advanced 27 steps from the 72nd position.
Apart from that, Kusal Mendis has reached the 26th position among the ODI batsmen by coming 9 steps ahead. Avishta Fernando has reached the 62nd position.
However, it is notable that Pathum Nissanka has slipped to the 8th position, Charith Sasanka to the 11th position, Sadheera Samarawickrama to the 49th position and Janith Liyanage to the 66th position.
Also, Kusal Mendis has been able to rank 12th among T20 batsmen. Pathum Nissanka had slipped to the 9th position, while Charith Sasanka had slipped to the 39th position and Kusal Janith Perera had slipped to the 41st position.
