The South African squad to play in the Champions Trophy held in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates was announced today (13th) by the country's cricket governing body.
The addition of fast bowlers Lungi Ngadi and Enrich Noje is a notable event.However, both of them had been left out of the South African squad due to injuries for the past few months.
As usual, Temba Babouma is going to lead the South African team in this year's Champions Cup.The squad will also be joined by Wayne Mulder, Tony De Sorsi and Ryan Reckleston, who will also play for the ICC. It is the first time to come together for a top level tournament.
The first match of the South African team in this year's Champions Cup against Afghanistan is scheduled to be held in Karachi on February 21.
