The Under 19 Inter Schools Division Two Cricket tournament will commence from this week conduct by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association (SLSCA) with sponsor Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC).
This year's tournament will be conducted under 2 format. Division One tournament will consist of tier A and B. Firstly compete limited overs format from 1st week of September to last week of October.
18 schools in Division One tier A divided by 2 groups. The tournament is scheduled for the first round (league stage). First round will be compiled 12th October. Final round will start from 16th October.
Each 8 matches for every team. All first round league matches will be played at the respective home grounds. 4 teams from each groups will be qualified to the quarter finals. Sri Sumangala College Colombo emerged champions in the last 2 seasons.
