The much-hyped Women's T20 World Cup is set to kick off in a few hours on October 3, 2024 in the United Arab Emirates, with hosts Bangladesh facing tournament debutants Scotland in the opening match.
In this ninth edition of the Women's Twenty20 World Cup, 10 teams will compete, divided into 2 groups under Group A and Group B.
The tournament will be held over a period of 18 days with 23 matches and the final will end on October 20. There the new T20 World Champion will be crowned.
