Sri Lanka women's cricket team's head coach, Hashan resigns

It is reported that the head coach of the Sri Lanka women's cricket team, Hashan Thilakarantha, has submitted his resignation letter to the SLC.

It is also stated that even though Hassan forwarded this letter to the SLC, the SLC has not yet announced whether it will be accepted or not. However, Hashan's contract is set to expire on November 31st.

According to cricket sources, Hashan is scheduled to take over the position of head coach of the Bangladesh women's team from November 1.

The Sri Lanka National Women’s Cricket team emerged as the runner up of the recently concluded Women’s Asia Cup.
