According to the Duckworth-Lewis theory, the Irish team managed to record a 5-run victory in the T20 World Cup Super 12 match between England and Ireland.

 England  won the toss  and invited the Irish team to bat first and they scored 157 runs.

During the reply innings, the match was interrupted by rain and according to the Duckworth-Lewis theory, England, which was batting, should have scored 110 runs for victory in the 15th over.

However, the England  had scored 105 runs for the loss of 5 wickets at the time of that over, and according to the Duckworth-Lewis theory, the Irish team won by 5 runs.
