Jeevan Sathasivam won the boys' championship in the 2024 Sri Lanka Open Junior Golf Tournament. The girl's championship was won by Kaya Daluwatta.The most competitive event of this tournament, which ended at the Colombo Royal Golf Club, was the boys' competition between the ages of 15 and 18+ in the gold category.Jeevan Sathasivam, who finished the match with the minimum number of strokes of 213, took the first place in that category, spending one stroke less than the number of 214 recorded by the second player, Aditya Weerasinghe. Reshan Algama finished third with 219 strokes.
Kaya Dalwawatta, the winner of the gold and king categories for girls between the ages of 13 and 18+, managed to complete the target in 212 strokes, recording 65 strokes less than the runner-up Anumi Karunathilaka who finished the competition in 277 strokes. Dhanushi Wanasinghe managed to occupy the third position through 278 strokes.
Kaiyan Johnpilla, who finished the competition with 221 strokes, won the silver category for boys between the ages of 13 and 14+, while Tejas Rasitkanth took the second position with 223 strokes. Senal Nimsit managed to secure the third position through 234 shots.
Rewan Amarasinghe (shot 163) won the bronze category in the boys' event between the ages of 11 and 12+, while Lavindu Premaratne took second place (shot 164) and Divyaesh Silva took third place (shot 195).
Jaden Sathasivam (98 shots) won the 10 and under 10 copper category, followed by Yuan Rasitkanth (99 shots) and Jaith Guru (119 shots) in third place.
